Demo first-floor flooring and walls to framing. Frame out a new location for the kitchen and install plumbing to accumulate a new area of plumbing fixtures. Install and update wiring.

 

Frame out for new gas fireplace. Insulate and install drywall. Finish drywall, prime, and paint.

 

Install new hardwood oak flooring.

 

Design kitchen layout, provide new cabinets - base cabinet and island installed new granite with an under-mounted sink. Install and tile the fireplace and backsplash around the kitchen.
