Project: Demo the second-floor bathroom by removing all plumbing fixtures, tile, and drywall.

Replace drain lines and water supply lines from floor to fixtures. Rough new drains and supply lines for vanity and toilet.

Install cement board, install moist-resistant drywall to walls and ceiling: tile shower, walls, and floor. Install new toilet, vanity, shower trim, medicine cabinet, towel holders, and lighting fixtures. Install trim and prime and paint ceiling and walls to finish.
